Planning advice and drawings
We will produce drawings of the existing and proposed layouts to give you a real understanding of your options and ensure we get accurate quotes from the contractors.
We will guide your project through planning and make sure all the boxes are ticked. We can provide an independent building inspector to sign off on all construction elements. You will get all the paperwork you need.
Surveys and structural engineering
Advice as required and a choice of experienced structural engineers to make sure your home is built safely and to last.
The team to deliver your vision
We can recommend experienced contractors we have worked with before and get you the best prices. We are also very happy to work with any preferred contractors you recommend.
Construction and on site management
Ongoing supervision and monitoring of the construction. We keep in touch and keep you informed of everything that is going on with your build.
